Help Needed!

Current Weingarten Children's Center families are highly encouraged to volunteer for our annual gala. We can use the most help requesting sponsorships, in-kind donations for our raffle and auction.

Below is a link to our Sponsorship Letter. Please email this letter to anyone you think may sponsor. Ideas include: your company's HR department, banks, healthcare providers, hearing device manufacturers, etc.

Volunteer

Which volunteer committees would you like to help with?*

Sponsorship Committee: Need 1-2 leads and 2-3 helpers. Need to get these in now (3-6 month deadline often), have list to start, and would appreciate some new sponsors.

Auction Commitee: Need 1-2 leads and 2-3 helpers. Solicit business for donated items for online and live auction. Need 100 items, all items valued at $50+.

We have a list of businesses that have done this in the past. Requires emailing, following up, thanking, making sure in the office, and prepping all materials for the auction.

Transportation and Set Up: November week of 11/10 & day of Help with getting auction items and materials to the venue/packing truck from WCC; unload and set up.

Ticket sellers: ~10 Alums sell raffle tickets to guests at gala
